Before a project or an institution commits money and people, it needs to know whether the plan can work. Once it is under way, it needs a strategy its board and managers can carry out. This service covers both.
We carry out feasibility studies for new projects and investments, and prepare strategic and business plans, board reviews and turnaround plans for existing organisations.
Dr. Yusuf Kiwala leads this work. His assignments include the feasibility study for the Yirol oil project in South Sudan, feasibility studies and bankable proposals for UNCDF in Gulu and Arua, and a board evaluation for the Makerere University Retirement Benefits Scheme.
